I mostly use the Gazette app on my phone and it works well. The local stories usually load quick and the alerts are actually helpful when something’s going on nearby. The ads and sign in pop ups can get a little annoying sometimes, but it’s still easy to use. I end up checking it most days.

I really like reading gazette.com and usually find plenty of good stuff on there, but the ads can get super annoying sometimes. The site still works fine overall, I just wish the pages felt a little less crowded and easier to read.

I used to enjoy it more, but lately it feels like it’s all coming from one angle. Would be nice if they brought in another perspective once in a while instead of just the usual peanut gallery saying the same thing.

I still get the gazette in print, and it’s been good. The pages come in clean, the photos look sharper than I expected, and the paper itself doesn’t feel flimsy or cheap

Delivery has been on time most days too. I kind of like sitting with it and a cup of coffee instead of grabbing my phone first thing, so I really don’t have much to complain about

I had a frustrating time trying to manage my account on gazette.com. I could log in here and there, but updating my billing info took forever and I kept getting sent in circles between pages. Support was nice enough, just really slow to get back to me. It’s not the worst site I’ve used, but this part definitely needs work

I had a login issue and reached out to customer service, and they got back to me really quickly. They fixed it without making the whole thing feel complicated or stressful. i was just relieved and appreciated how easy they made it

I had to cancel my gazette.com subscription, it was painless. It took a few clicks and then a confirmation email, so maybe I’m making it sound simpler than it felt in the moment, but it wasn’t a big hassle. I do think the cancel button could’ve been easier to find, unless I just missed it at first. Either way, I got it done without having to call anyone, which was a relief

updates come in really fast, like whenever something big happens I usually see it there pretty much right away...

I do like reading the Gazette for local news and updates, umm, especially when I want to know what’s going on around town. But the paywall shows up really fast, and that gets annoying when I’m just trying to read one article someone sent me. I understand they need subscriptions to keep things running, but I wish there was a slightly better free limit. Overall the site is fine, just a bit frustrating at times

I hop on gazette.com a couple times a week, mostly when I want to catch up on local news or see what’s going on around the city. Their Colorado Springs coverage is usually solid, and they’ll often have stuff I dont see on the bigger news sites.
That said, some stories feel a little too short, like I’m left wanting more details. And when something big is happening, I do wish they’d update things a bit quicker sometimes.

Overall though, it’s still a useful site for keeping up with the area. Not perfect by any means, but good and defintely worth checking if you care about local news

I’ve been checking gazette.com a few times a week for a while now, and it’s become one of the local news sources I rely on. From my experience, the reporting is usually fair, straightforward, and believable, and I appreciate that they do a good job keeping actual news separate from opinion pieces. Every now and then a headline feels a little overdone, and I do wish some articles went a bit deeper, but overall I’ve had a good experience with it. Compared to a lot of random news sites out there, this one feels much more dependable. Solid 4 stars from me.

In the end, everything on the bill made sense. The charges were laid out clearly, and I didn’t run into any weird surprises or unexpected fees.

I use the site most mornings, and it loads without making a whole dramatic production out of it. The login keeps working too, which is apparently a feature worth celebrating these days. that’s all I really needed.

the main thing for me is the cost. it feels a little high for how much i actually end up reading, and some of the paywalled stories don’t really feel worth it. it’s not bad, just not something i’m super excited about either.
